ELFH 614 Program and Organization Evaluation
Examines program and organization evaluation with emphasis on principles of planning, information systems, evaluation, and decision making.
During the training participants, accompanied by teachers and experts, work on their own projects, systematizing and practically applying the knowledge and experience gained in the program
Period of guaranty is two years after graduation, participants are free to listen to two program courses to choose from.

The Common Services Unit is responsible for establishing guidelines for the purchase and maintenance of office supplies and equipment for Headquarters and for specific programmes; safeguarding IOM Headquarters inventory; ensuring the general maintenance of the Headquarters building; providing printing, mailing and shipping services; and handling security matters at Headquarters.
Our student population is very diverse. Students range from recent college graduates to seasoned HROD professionals with years of experience. Approximately 30 percent of our students currently work in HROD-related positions, 30 percent are full-time students, and the remainder work in other full-time positions.

The Cloud IAM policy hierarchy follows the same path as the Google Cloud resource hierarchy. If you change the resource hierarchy, the policy hierarchy changes as well. For example, moving a project into an organization will update the project’s Cloud IAM policy to inherit from the organization’s Cloud IAM policy. Similarly, moving a project from one folder to another will change the inherited permissions. Permissions that were inherited by the project from the original parent will be lost when the project is moved to a new folder. Permissions set at the destination folder will be inherited by the project as it is moved.
